CST For Pregnancy

cst for pregnancy

The expectant mother can experience relief from CST treatment during pregnancy. CST helps the expectant mum‘s body adapt to accommodate the baby’s growth and development. As the baby grows and develops it can rest in a position, which causes lower back/pelvic pain or sciatica. This helps especially in the later months where it can be difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep. Pulls or strains, especially on the pelvic area, can affect mum’s nervous system and can contribute to pain, sinusitis, tiredness or low energy/mood.

CST helps prepare mother and baby for birth through providing better space for the baby and flexibility in the mother’s body. It also improves better blood and lymph circulation while promoting relaxation and well-being to the expectant mother and thus indirectly to the unborn baby.

Following treatment expectant mothers report a feeling of ‘more space’ and thus better room for the baby to move and grow. CST treatment helps both mother and baby to bond, to relax and to be more comfortable.
